Compliance officer

Aufgaben

· Monitor and ensure compliance with local legislation and EU-wide legal requirements. · Provide insights and advice on key regulatory aspects related to the Bank's digital transformation. · Prioritize and address regulatory matters related to consumer protection, financial crime, and payments. · Identify potential risks and areas requiring remediation while aligning with the Bank's strategic goals. · Offer solid advice to business units, emphasizing compliance, governance, and risk management. · Interpret complex legal requirements and assess their implementation in an operational setting.

Anforderungen

  • · In-depth knowledge and previous work experience with German and European regulations in consumer credit
  • banking
  • and fintech/payments. · Prior experience in audit or control functions
  • with familiarity in working within a second line/independent control function. · AML/KYS experience; · Proven ability to conduct audits

Über uns

Type of contract: perm, directly with the company. Additional perks: 30 holiday days, free public transportation. We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, providing strategic advice, and supporting the Bank's journey into the digital space. While the primary focus will be on the German market, the role will encompass other European countries as well. The candidate will report directly to the Group Head of Compliance.

Gehalt

Das Durchschnittsgehalt beginnt bei 60.000,00 € bis 84.000,00 € pro Jahr.
